本许可适用于本站标记为「独家配乐」的所有曲目及其版本。著作权归 EaseCation 所有；本许可为有限、非独占、不可转授权的使用许可，不转让著作权。

允许：

在本站或使用本站下载的 MP3 进行个人试听；通过本站导入码，在 EaseCation 官方音乐播放机组件（生存版、山头版）内导入、刻录与播放。

不允许：

在上述组件以外使用这些配乐，包括作为视频、直播、游戏、应用或其他作品的配乐；未经 EaseCation 事先书面授权，禁止在组件外商用。

转载、出售、再分发曲目文件或导入码，改编、提取乐谱，或规避加密和使用范围限制。

授权边界：

购买组件、下载 MP3、署名或非营利使用，均不会扩大本许可范围。社区曲目和用户自行导入的文件不适用本许可。

违约处理：

This license covers every track and version marked “Exclusive” on this site. Copyright belongs to EaseCation. The license is limited, non-exclusive and non-sublicensable; copyright is not transferred.

Permitted:

Personal listening on this site or using MP3s downloaded here; importing, writing records and playing music via this site's import codes within the official EaseCation Music Player components (Survival and Shantou editions).

Not permitted:

Using this music outside those components, including as a soundtrack for videos, livestreams, games, apps or other works. Commercial use outside the components is prohibited without prior written permission from EaseCation.

Reposting, selling or redistributing music files or import codes; adapting or extracting scores; bypassing encryption or usage restrictions.

Scope:

Buying a component, downloading an MP3, giving credit or using music without profit does not expand this license. Community tracks and user-imported files are not covered.

Breach:

This license terminates upon use outside its scope. You must stop using the music and delete related copies. Rights that cannot be restricted by law remain unaffected. Separate written permission from EaseCation takes precedence.

The English text is a translation; the Chinese license prevails in case of ambiguity.
